Cutting your IT budget

I want to help you save money and I am not going to ask you for a dime in return.

Every year I save a lot of dollars by not spending any money on software. My experience with Sage Software inspired me to set my self the task of finding low cost systems to run my business. I have learned that I can easily complete most of my key business tasks using software that I paid nothing for. They dont teach this at Harvard. I know for a fact that most folk that work in small businesses dont know or practice the steps I share with you here.

Perform these three simple tasks to start saving money.

* Each working day spend 10 mins searching for a specific tool.
* Get Evernote to record your findings ($0).
* Put aside roughly ten minutes each day to give what you find a test drive.

It took me about for weeks on and off spending max twenty minutes a day to discover all of the tools I am ever going to need. OK, fast start for you a small selection of the tools I use everyday that work well and you should take a look at.

Below in the right hand column you will find the software that you probably have purchased or recognize and on the left you will find the software that will not cost you a thing.
